therapy for women in leadership
Helping women find their power
Are you the one everyone counts on but quietly paying the price for carrying it all?
You’re competent. Reliable. Driven. You follow through.
People trust you because you get it done.
But behind the scenes, you’re exhausted: mentally, emotionally, and physically. You’re always on, always managing, always anticipating what could go wrong. Even when things are going well, your system doesn’t let you relax.
And the hardest part? You don’t feel like you have permission to struggle!
Whether you’re a C-suite executive navigating impossible expectations, an entrepreneur bearing the weight of your business alone, a leader who’s lost sight of themselves in the rush of managing everyone else, or you’re at the start of your career hoping to become a leader.
You’re not broken. You’re human, running on empty, ready to refuel and lead with clarity
In therapy we can explore the underlying issues contributing to these conflicts and develop effective strategies for reconnecting and communicating with one another in a meaningful way.
As a leader, you’re noticing that:
+ You struggle to balance the workload with family and personal responsibilities.
+ You set boundaries but can’t hold them (and guilt takes over when you try).
+ Asking for help or delegating feels impossible (even when you’re overwhelmed).
+ Resentment toward your partner seems to be building.
+ You feel plagued with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and self-criticism.
+ Success looks good on the outside, but you feel miserable on the inside.
rediscover that sense of purpose you deserve.
It may feel impossible right now, but you can lead boldly and set real boundaries, without losing your edge.
My approach is engaged, empowering, and action focused. We’ll explore what’s underneath your patterns and we’ll focus on changes you can implement in your real life. I’m not the kind of therapist who sits back, nods, and agrees. I’ll challenge you to confront the difficult spaces, because that’s where meaningful change happens.
With 20+ years of experience working alongside high-achieving women in leadership—and as someone who has led and managed teams of women across industries—I bring a unique understanding of the pressures you face. I’ve seen the patterns. I know the cost. And I’m here to help you break through them.
therapy will help you:
+ Feel calmer, more present, and more grounded in your day-to-day life.
+ Stop carrying what isn’t yours.
+ Make decisions from clarity, not fear.
+ Actually set boundaries and hold them without guilt.
+ Rest without spiraling.
+ Reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.
Step into your power, lead with clarity, and build success that actually feels like it’s yours.

Many high-achieving women start therapy not because they’ve stopped functioning but because they’re quietly paying the price for how hard they’ve been pushing. Therapy helps you get underneath the burnout, anxiety, and over functioning so your success becomes sustainable. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from this work—in fact, the most powerful growth happens when you’re ready to invest in yourself proactively.

My style is engaged, direct, and empowering. I’m not the therapist who sits back and nods, I actively engage with you because I believe that’s where real change happens. We’ll build insight together and focus on actionable shifts you can implement in your daily life. I also believe that when clinically relevant, sharing parts of my own experience can enrich your therapeutic journey. Expect to be challenged in the best way possible.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #149147) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20+ years in the entertainment industry as a business owner, leading and managing teams composed almost entirely of women. That firsthand experience—navigating leadership, imposter syndrome, burnout, and the complexities of high-pressure environments—deeply informs my work today. I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding of what it takes to lead.

We’ll start with a brief consultation to see if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll schedule an initial session and build a plan for moving forward. My aim is to help you feel comfortable in your own skin and provide you with actionable insights based on our conversations.

I offer both 50-minute and 75-minute sessions. The length of therapy itself can vary depending on your unique circumstances, the issues you wish to address, and how you feel about the progress being made. We will collectively decide what is best for you. Ultimately, my goal is to provide a healing space that meets your needs and helps you achieve your goals effectively.
